I would hire William French again if I ever have home improvement needs. Wil Reed was very knowledgeable in helping bring my vision to life, and Miguel (working manager) was awesome to work with! We had an ineffective narrow pantry wall that divided our kitchen from our living room, and we knocked it down, put up a beam and installed a custom island in its place. They also painted our dark cabinets white and replaced our outdated fluorescent light with 4 can lights. The difference in how the space feels is unbelievable! From dark and cramped, to bright and open. We couldn't be happier! Oh, and they finished it in 2 weeks from start to finish! Hire them. You won't regret it!

And Joe kept the work moving forward at a good pace. The team put down heavy floor protectors so nothing was damaged, cleaned up after themselves and even managed to surprise me with little complimentary fixes around the house. (They rebuilt an outdoor counter that had warped and put the shelves I didn’t use from the kitchen cabinets into an awkward space in the bathroom). Above all, they were extremely thoughtful in keeping the walkways clear and the area safe, a consideration I appreciated as it’s difficult to navigate with a walker in a cluttered area. I highly recommend Gary Jackson and his team.

We loved our past experience with William French in 2021 we asked them to update our Jack and Jill bath this summer. The experience was once again fantastic. Gary Jackson helped us selecting all of the materials. His contractor discount came in handy at one of the popular home improvement sites. He chose a great bathtub and the glass for the shower/tub was beautiful. As was the experience last time, Gary and his project manager Joe Norris kept us informed of which trades would be showing up at the house. If you have been frustrated with prior remodeling projects where you have to continue to ask a contractor what happens next, that will not happen with Gary and Joe. They will keep you informed every step of the way. As was the case last time, the project was completed within the estimated time. In this case, less than three weeks from demo to finished product.

Engaged Gary to remodel our ensuite and guest WC in their entirety - he was great to work with and provided great insights and guidance. Gary outlined and oversaw a complex project that required multiple sub contractors and realized a remodel that exceeded expectations at a very reasonable cost. Have referred him business and expect to use William French for future remodels.

We had a bathroom remodel to remove a tub and replace with walk in shower and had Gary Jackson complete it. The standard of the work was excellent (tiling walls and floor, glass doors, fixtures and painting) and the contractors were careful and clean. The communication with Gary was first class. He kept us up to speed with progress, informed us when the contractors would be arriving, and of any small delays (which did not impact the overall timing). Would not hesitate to use Gary again, or recommend to others.

Williams French did an amazing job of changing out my 30" gas cooktop to a 36" and the range hood from a 28" one to a 36" one. Gary was very caring of my requirements and made several trips to ensure the products I was choosing would fit. His team was excellent and cleaned up very well. Could barely tell they had cut granite. I would recommend him any day and I will be calling.him for my other projects.
